The joint federal committee made this decision in the Incapacity for Work Directive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following limits must be adhered to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The determination of incapacity to work during remote treatment during a video consultation took priority over a telephone anamnesis<\/li>\n<li>The patients are known personally in the practice<\/li>\n<li>The disease is diagnosed with a regularly milder course and is expected to be short-lived<\/li>\n<li>A maximum period of 5 days is observed<\/li>\n<li>Subsequent certificates are excluded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision was made for an indefinite period of time, which is why this regulation is now permanently included in the incapacity for work guidelines.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seit dem 07.12.2023 gilt nun dauerhaft, dass die telefonische Attestierung einer Arbeitsunf\u00e4higkeit unter bestimmten Vorraussetzungen m\u00f6glich ist.
