Since the minimum wage rises to \u20ac12.41, the upper limit for mini-jobbers has also been raised, meaning mini-jobbers do not have to reduce their working hours, but can continue to work up to ten hours a week.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Extension of the integration grant<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anyone who hires job seekers who need more support can continue to receive an integration grant for up to 36 months. This regulation has been extended until the end of 2028.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Due diligence obligations in accordance with the Supply Chain Act<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Supply Chain Act requires companies to be responsible for ensuring that human rights are respected in global supply chains. This is intended to ensure, among other things, protection against child labor, the right to fair wages and environmental protection. The Supply Chain Act previously only required companies with more than 3,000 employees. From January 1, 2024, these due diligence obligations, or the Supply Chain Act, will also apply to companies with at least 1,000 employees<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Increase in children's sick days<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The children's sick days will be increased from 10 to 15 per child and parent for 2024\/2025.
